“Depres free” self-help is an app that helps you to cope with mild to moderate major depressive disorder. App is built on cognitive-behavioral therapy for some elements, namely addressing your thought patterns. The presence of depressive people tend to see the world in darker colors, and interpret new situations in a completely ordinary unfavorable or even dangerous. This negative thought pattern keeps people busy in a vicious circle of depression, which helps to leave such thoughts in jeopardy, and modification – Replacement of positive thoughts.

“Depres free” has been developed in a self-help program based iFightDepression and it includes:
(1) the opportunity to perform in the Phq-9 and assess their level of depression
(2) In situations of everyday life, and the relevant exercises to illustrate how the same thing can be a different way to think about (negative, neutral, positive thinking)
(3) The recommendations of positive thought patterns of negative thinking patterns, and embed change
