Step 1 is free, and steps 2 and 3 can be purchased for only 25 per. step.
The biggest benefit you get by performing the exercise on each of the 3 steps for 10 days straight. The app therefore contains a counter that keeps track of how many days you have listened to each step. If you hear this exercise several times on the same day, it counts only as one day. If you pause a day, then count it a day down again when listening ideally happen every day that you get the most out of the app. When the level reaches 10, the counter starts at the next level. Only when all three counters reaches 10, the app counting days. At that point you are qualified as ‘relaxes’.
